Some gear shots here:

Gibson Nighthawk Studio - Made in the USA! This is a unique product of the Gibson line that shares many features of a Fender Stratocaster. It has a 25.5" scale length, a thinline body like a Strat that is made of Poplar instead of mahogany. unlike a strat, the neck is set and made of Mahogany, and it does sport a burnt maple fretboard. (It would have probably been rosewood, but the federal government stole all of Gibson's supply)

Her color is Pelham blue. One thing I like about it is that apparently they painted over the bare wood at the factory, allowing the grain to show through, even though the paint is opaque. Not something that photographs easily, or shows up more than three feet away! =^^=

She sports two nice open-coil humbucking pickups that can be coil tapped by pulling out the Tone knob. In all the guitar produces six distinct tones between the three way switch and the coil tapping! Overall she is a very snappy bright sounding instrument, but she can be warm and growl if she wants to.

She isn't a Les Paul, and she's not a strat. She's a Nighthawk and an unique tone all to herself!

Egnater Tweaker 112 - this is a slick little 15 watt combo amp from the Egnater line! Its trademark is that it has a multitude of tone circuits that can be switched between through four seperate switches. In short, this amp does not model other amps, it actually posesses multiple tone circuits that can be combined 48 different ways to "tweak" one's sound!

You can get vintage and modern tones, warm and jazzy, bright and brash, to full metal overdrive!

At fifteen watts she's a great size to have around the house, you can throttle her back and still hear all the glorious tube tone she has to offer! :D

Hardwire Pedals - From digitech, I've played with processor boards and they do sound good. But getting a pedal that concentrates on one thing can really change the game!

From left to right I have my favorite pedals: Reverb, Delay, and a tuner. The reverb has a variety of modes including classic spring, plate, and hall echo effects! the delay pedal gives a variety of options from duration to number of repeats, and even has a looper to record your own licks!

I'm really impressed with the Digitech tuner. One strum shows the tuning state of all six strings in standard or drop D tuning. It also works with bass, and will even work on individually plucked strings if you don't do standard tuning! =^^=
