Daemon Slayer

I was originally going to make this a scrap, but it came out halfway decent, so here it is...

Story:

Some ideas just fade into history, some to be forgotten, and some to be reborn in unusual circumstance.

When Roth was thrust into the war against the cultists, his initial action was not as a soldier for the Coalition, but as a private citizen. He saved the life of a prominent Salamander weaponsmaster. Out of gratitude, the Salamander offered to create Roth his own personal sidearm. This is the result of that venture.

A .50 caliber (12.7mm) revolver based on an ancient design from Earth called the Schofield. It is unique in that the front half of the firearm tips down to eject all spent shells simultaneously, as well as permitting immediate loading of the cylinder.

The heavy caliber is capable of firing depleted uranium saboted rounds to incredible speed, capable of penetrating lightly armored targets.

In addition, special cartridges may be used to take down Lesser Daemons. Hence the name of the gun. However, these rounds are exetemely difficult to make, and very expensive to come by.
